Beats Headphones Charging Port

A customer brought us in a pair of Beats Studio headphones with a damaged charging port, soldered in place this was a repair that alot of shops would turn away. We gently removed the ear muffs to gain access to the inner working of the earpiece. After sourcing genuine parts, we were able to replace the charging port with a new part.

After testing we rebuilt the earpiece and re-adhesed the earmuff the that side of the headphones, leaving them looking like new once completed.
